What is the best way to cook Chicken Wings ?
For example: should you fry them in cooking oil on top of the stove ? If so how long ? Perhaps cook them in the stove ? If so how do you cook them ? What temperature ?
beat up and egg season your chicken with salt, pepper, season salt, and garlic salt then coat your chicken in the egg batter( after you have washed them in COLD water) then dip the piece thats coated with egg in some flour shake of excess flour then put chicken in a pan of hot oil turn down the heat to medium and cook till you see the juices running clear.. very good!!!!
